PhotoPhobia is an exploration of the natural world and the limits of our perception. Using a full-spectrum digital camera to capture landscapes in ultraviolet, visible, and infrared light, the photographs show the world as it exists outside of our perceptual abilities and blurs the boundaries between the known and unknowable. The uncanny familiarity of these altered landscapes explores our relationship to and understanding of the natural world and the uncertainty of its future in the midst of unprecedented anthropomorphic change.
